Attacks on Jews in a Warsaw park in which women, old men and children were beaten by Endeks (Nationalists) were reported today in local newspapers.

Armed with iron rods, the Endeks stationed guards at the gates of Trugus Park to further assault Jews who attempted to escape. They proceeded to carry on their attack for several hours.

Police arrived after the disturbance had ended, arresting 150 persons, most of whom were Jews.

Excesses occurred in the village of Mianowe near Nadworne in Eastern Galicia. Ukrainian peasants pillaged Jewish-owned stalls and destroyed a quantity of merchandise.

Premier Skladkowski received a delegation of Jewish merchants in Warsaw and assured them the Government would not permit unfair treatment of Jews.
