British Official Plans Libel Action Against Fascist Paper

Attorney-General Somervell disclosed in the House of Commons today that he is considering instituting a criminal libel action against the publication. The Fascist, for an allegation published in its July 4 issue that Jews murdered Christians for ritual purposes.

The Fascist is the organ of the Imperial Fascist League. It lists Arnold S. Leese as editor and director.
