Agency Urged to Suspend Distribution of Certificates As Peace Gesture

Spectator, political and literary weekly, suggests today that the Jewish Agency for Palestine suspend distribution of immigration certificates for the duration of a round-table conference on the situation. Such a gesture, the magazine urges, would be a “palpable contribution” to peace.
