The sports authorities today disqualified a third Jewish swimming star, Lucie Goldner of the Hakoah Sports Club, for refusing to go to Berlin with the Austrian team to participate in the Olympic Games which open Saturday.

Previously disqualified were Ruth Langer, 15-year-old aquatic champion, and Judith Deutsch, 17. Miss Deutsch is carrying to a Federal Court her fight against disqualification.

The swimmers’ refusal to participate in the Berlin games is in accordance with a decision of the Maccabi Union, parent Jewish sports organization, to boycott them.
