Sir Donald Somervell, Attorney-General, announced in the House of Commons today that he had given instructions to institute proceedings against The Fascist, organ of the Imperial Fascist League, for publishing ritual murder charges against the Jews.

The offending article was published in the July 4 issue of the periodical. The Fascist lists Arnold S. Leese as its editor and director.
