Isaac Gruenbaum, head of the organization department of the Jewish Agency for Palestine, arrived here today to continue negotiations with the Polish Government looking toward a $10,000,000 Poland-Palestine transfer agreement that would permit Jews to migrate to the Holy Land with capital in the form of goods since export of currency is barred.
