Reich Court Upholds Discharge of “aryan” Wed to Jews

The Berlin Labor Court decided today that marriage to a Jewess is adequate cause for dismissal from employment.

An “Aryan” discharged from his job appealed to the Labor Court for arbitration which upheld the employer on the grounds that the employe had “tainted” himself by his marriage.
