5,128 Immigrants Settled in Biro-bidjan in 8 Months

Official figures issued here today disclose that 5, 128 immigrants settled during the last eight months in Biro-Bidjan, autonomous Jewish territory in Soviet Siberia.

The number includes 684 families and 1,964 individuals.

The announcement states that the Jewish immigration program for the year has been 51.3 percent filled.
