Openly defying the new cabinet’s anti-terrorism edicts, members of the anti-Semitic Iron Guard Saturday boarded a crowded Czernowitz-Bucharest express train and beat up Jewish passengers. Non-Jews who tried to protect the Jews were also assaulted.
