While his “Aryan” wife was giving birth to her first child, Kurt Stern, 33-year-old Berlin Jew, was today arrested on a charge of “Rassenschande” (race defilement). Stern is specifically charged with having violated the 1935 Nuremberg laws by having married illegally after their enactment.

Among others arrested, it was learned today, was Herr Schwartzer, Jewish Gestapo agent who was expelled from England in 1935 when he confessed that he had been engaged in espionage activities against German Jewish refugees under the alias of Dr. Harry Beneber. He was also said to have acted as a Nazi spy at the World Zionist Congress in Lucerne last year.
