Magistrates Langley in Old Street Court ruled today that the uniform of Sir Oswald Mosley’s Blackshirts was “provocation in itself” in refusing to punish an East End tailor, Wolf Ben Susan, who had pleaded guilty of using insulting words to a Fascist under provocation.
