Herbert Morrison, Labor Party leader, in an address at an anti-Nazi rally here last night, urged Sir John Simon, British Home Secretary, to think quickly and act to prevent London’s East End from becoming a battleground of Fascists and Communists.

He criticized the Government’s handling of the situation in London’s Jewish quarter last Sunday when a parade of 5,000 Fascists was cancelled by the police after it had been blocked by hostile Jews and anti-Fascists.
