Jewish Meat Shops Closed by Berlin’s Nazi Leader

A number of Jewish-owned meat establishments, including stores supplying kosher meat for hospitals, were closed down today by Wolf von Helldorf. Nazi Commissioner for Berlin, on charges of violating food-sale regulations.

Reports from the provinces said many Jewish meat dealers had been forced to close on various grounds.
