The British Cabinet, meeting today to consider the situation arising from Fascist disorders, groomed a series of measures for promulgation at the opening of Parliament next Tuesday.

While no decision was announced, it was believed the measures would take the form of a public order bill. The bill may provide for prohibition of political uniforms, although this was still problematical when the Cabinet adjourned to continue its deliberations tomorrow.

The Fascist situation came up before the Cabinet with the consideration of its subcommittee’s memorandum on suggested methods of dealing with the Blackshirts.

Meanwhile, the City Council of Cardiff imposed a ban on Fascist uniforms.
