Delayed a full day by adverse weather conditions, the first commercial plane to fly the newly-inaugurated Poland-Palestine regular air service arrived here this morning bearing a pay-load of 100,000 pieces of mail marked with a special Hebrew inscription. The plane left Warsaw Tuesday morning and was scheduled to arrive at six a.m. yesterday. The route is 2,000 miles, via Bucharest, Athens and Rhodes and the Mediterranean.
