A demand that the Bible be rewritten to eliminate mention of God’s entrusting of the Ten Commandments to Moses was voiced today by the Westdeutscher Beobachter, an organ of the Nazi Party.

The paper makes the demand on the ground that school teachers are unable to explain to their pupils why God selected a Jew as his instrument to reveal the commandments when Nazi teaching describes Jews as inferior and unworthy.
