Celebration of the eightieth birthday of Justice Louis D. Brandeis of the United States Supreme Court throughout the Holy Land was climaxed today when the Municipal Council of this all-Jewish city unanimously elected him an honorary citizen.
Israel Rokach, mayor of Tel Aviv, eulogized Justice Brandeis in an address to the council. Mr. Brandeis’ birthday occurred Friday.
