Copeland Charges Britain Not Fulfilling Palestine Obligations

Senator Royal S. Copeland charged tonight that Great Britain was not fulfilling her obligations to the Jews in Palestine and stressed the interest of the United States in the administration of the mandate. He addressed a dinner at the Hotel Astor celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Mizrachi Organization of America.

Other speakers were Dr. Frederick Margareten, who was toastmaster; Leon Gellman, president of Mizrachi; Rabbi Joseph H. Lookstein, vice-president; Gedaliah Bublick and Rabbi Jacob Levinson, ex-presidents; Rabbi Jacob Kirschblum, executive secretary, and Dr. Israel Goldstein, president of the Jewish National Fund.
