Vote Drive Pere for Palestine National Labor Union

A resolution calling for a campaign to support the National Labor Union in Palestine was adopted at a reception in the Hotel Edison for M. Giloni, general secretary of the union. Speakers included Jacob de Haas, William B. Ziff, Joseph Beder, Joseph Beer and A. Zweiban, Mordecai Danzig presided.

Mr. Giloni described the union’s drive for exclusively Jewish labor. He said its membership was 15,000 and that if it were 50,000, political conditions would be greatly altered. He declared his mission in America was to strengthen the union.
