The Histadruth Ivrith, national organization for Hebrew culture, will open its four-day seventeenth annual convention here on Dec. 24, coinciding with the birthday of Chaim Nachman Bialik, the late Hebrew poet.

Dr. Ben-Zion Mossinsohn, principal of the Herzliah Gymnasium in Palestine, will address a banquet Dec. 26. Speakers at a symposium on Jewish scholarship in America will include Dr. Israel Efros of Buffalo, Dr. B. Rieder of Philadelphia, Menachem Ribalow, Dr. Pinchas Churgin, and Abraham Goldberg, New York.
