The library of Dr. Henry Moskowitz, civic and political leader who died on Dec. 17, was bequeathed to the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, it was disclosed today. Among the other bequests in his will are: for the ORT Union, $500; American ORT Federation, $500; Joint Distribution Committee, American Jewish Committee and Federation for the Support of Jewish Philanthropic Societies, $250 each.
