Admits Feisal Consented to Jewish Home in Palestine

Dr. Achmed Kadri, a member of King Feisal’s peace delegation, admitted in a memorandum to the British Royal Commission today that the Iraq ruler had consented to establishment of a Jewish national home in Palestine within the frame of a big Arab empire, but that since the empire was not set up the consent was annulled.
