General Francisco Franco, commander of the Spanish Rebel forces, has ordered registration within 48 hours of all Jews in territory under his control, newspapers here reported today.
Jews will be considered a “suspicious element” and will not be allowed to hold public positions under the Rebel regime, the reports stated.
