Abandonment of its Zionist policy and establishment of an Arab Nationalist Government will be urged upon Great Britain through its Royal Commission of Inquiry, the Arab Supreme Committee announced yesterday following two days of conferences to map testimony for presentation to the commission.

Simultaneously the commission, which had last week declared its intention of sailing Jan. 12, announced postponement of its departure in order to hear the Arab testimony. The Arab Supreme Committee last week abandoned its boycott of the commission.

The Arab announcement of its planned testimony included a statement that it was “impossible to remedy Arab grievances under the terms of the present mandate.”

The Royal Commission announced receipt of a petition bearing many signatures asking that Palestine be converted from a mandated territory into a crown colony. Identity of the signatories was not revealed.
