Interior Minister Demeter Juca Yesterday promised Samuel Singer, president of the Rumanian Jewish National Fund, to reconsider a ban on Zionist fund collections without special permits. No such permits have been issued to date and in Bukovina province, J.N.F. collection boxes and money have been confiscated.

In an interview with Mr. Juca, Mr. Singer submitted proof that Zionist organizations were functioning legally.

A conference of the Jewish National Fund opened here last night and heard a message from King Carol thanking the organization for its recent declaration of fealty.

Nathan Bistritsky, a delegate from the Jewish National Fund headquarters in Palestine, announced he had received from the Government full facilities for a nationwide campaign tour.
