The board of directors of Palestine Economic Corporation, the largest wholly owned American organization operating in Palestine, has declared the seventh consecutive regular semiannual dividend of 1 per cent on its $100 par value common stock, it was announced by Bernard Flexner, chairman. This dividend is payable Jan. 20, 1937 to stockholders of record Dec. 21, 1936.
