The Central Consistory of Bulgarian Jews, at its second session yesterday, decided to open a seminary for training of Hebrew teachers. Other decisions were to publish books on Jewish lore, to approve subsidies for Hebrew schools operated by the Tarbuth Association, to promote religious education of Jewish youth and to establish a committee for combating anti-Semitism.
