The 23-year-old “wonder rebbe,” Baruch Rabinovich, son-in-law of the late Eleazar Shapiro, the “Mukacever rebbe,” was called up for army service today.
Rabbi Rabinovich underwent the medical examination and was declared fit for service and commissioned in the reserve. He will serve six months in the army.
