A worker who was dismissed by the municipality of Dortmund after he was reconciled with his Jewish wife has lost his appeal to the Nazi Labor Court there, according to the Westfalische Landeszeitung.
The workman had been separated for some time from his wife, by whom he had three children. The court declared it was obvious that he was now partly dependent on her, and that the municipality therefore could not be expected to employ him.
