PICKETING OF JEWISH SHOPS BY ANTI-SEMITIC NATIONALISTS WON LEGAL RECOGNITION TODAY IN A RULING BY THE SUPREME COURT.

THE COURT DECIDED THE PICKETING, AS WELL AS DISTRIBUTION OF ANTI-JEWISH PAMPHLETS, DID NOT CONSTITUTE PUNISHABLE OFFENSES AND COULD NOT BE TREATED AS DISTURBANCE OF THE PUBLIC PEACE.

A DELEGATION OF JEWS FROM TOWNSHIPS IN THE WILNO DISTRICT TODAY VISITED THE WILNO DISTRICT GOVERNOR AND ASKED FOR ACTION AGAINST A VIOLENT ANTI-JEWISH BOYCOTT ACCOMPANIED BY EXCESSES.
