A NEW ADMINISTRATION FOR THE FINANCIALLY EMBARRASSED IVRIA BANK, JEWISH CO-OPERATIVE INSTITUTION, WAS APPOINTED TODAY BY THE EXECUTIVE BOARD OF THE BERLIN JEWISH COMMUNITY PENDING ELECTION OF A NEW BOARD AND AUDIT COMMITTEE BY THE SHAREHOLDERS. THE BANK’S FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES WERE ATTRIBUTED TO A SHORTAGE OF LIQUID ASSETS.
