THE ORTHODOX RABBINICAL COUNCIL TODAY REJECTED PROPOSALS TO PARTITION PALESTINE AS NOT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BOUNDARIES OF THE LAND OF ISRAEL SET IN THE TORAH (HEBRAIC LAW).

“THE FRONTIERS OF THE HOLY LAND WERE SET BY GOD, THE CREATOR OF HEAVEN AND EARTH IN THE HOLY TORAH FOR ALL TIMES,” THE COUNCIL’S DECISION SAYS. “IT IS THEREFORE IMPOSSIBLE FOR THE JEWISH PEOPLE TO GIVE UP, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, THE CLAIM FOR THE HISTORICAL FRONTIERS OF THE LAND.

“ANY RENUNCIATION OF THE CLAIM IS NULL AND VOID. NEGOTIATIONS FOR A DECISION REGARDING THE LAND OF ISRAEL CANNOT BE CONDUCTED WITHOUT THE PARTICIPATION OF TORAH-TRUE JEWS. THE COUNCIL APPEALS TO THE JEWS TO HELP THE AGUDATH ISRAEL BUILD UP THE JEWISH LAND IN A SPIRIT OF TORAH V’EMUNAH (LAW AND FAITH).”
