CHARGE D’AFFAIRES PRENTISS B. GILBERT OF THE UNITED STATES EMBASSY WILL BE AMONG FOREIGN DIPLOMATS WHO WILL SET PRECEDENTS BY ATTENDING THE NAZI PARTY’S FORTHCOMING NUREMBERG CONGRESS, IT WAS LEARNED TODAY. WHILE MOST OF THE FOREIGN ENVOYS WILL BE REPRESENTED, IT WAS UNDERSTOOD THE SOVIET EMBASSY WOULD WITHHOLD ITS PARTICIPATION.
