DR. FRIEDRICH S. BRODNITZ, PROMINENT LEADER OF JEWS IN GERMANY, WILL SAIL NEXT WEEK FOR THE UNITED STATES ON THE FRENCH LINER DE GRASSE, IT WAS ANNOUNCED HERE TODAY. HE WILL MAKE HIS HOME IN AMERICA.

NOTED PARTICULARLY AS A LEADER OF THE JEWISH YOUTH MOVEMENT IN GERMANY, DR. BRODNITZ WAS IDENTIFIED WITH LEADING ORGANIZATIONS THERE. UNTIL HIS DEPARTURE FROM BERLIN, HE WAS PRESS CHIEF OF BOTH THE HILFSVEREIN, CENTRAL JEWISH RELIEF ORGANIZATION, AND THE REICHSVERTRETUNG, REPRESENTATIVE BODY FOR JEWISH GROUPS IN GERMANY. HE IS SCHEDULED TO ARRIVE IN NEW YORK ON SEPT. 23.
