OFFICES OF THE JOINT DISTRIBUTION COMMITTEE HERE AND IN OTHER EUROPEAN CAPITALS, INCLUDING MOSCOW, WERE CLOSED TODAY IN MOURNING FOR FELIX M. WARBURG, ONE OF THE COMMITTEE’S FOUNDERS AND ITS HONORARY CHAIRMAN. THE OFFICES IN MOSCOW AND OTHER CITIES WERE ORDERED TO KEEP CLOSED UNTIL AFTER THE FUNERAL SERVICES FRIDAY. TELEGRAMS OF CONDOLENCE ARE POURING INTO THE J.D.C. OFFICES HERE FROM POLAND, RUMANIA, AUSTRIA, CZECHOSLOVAKIA AND OTHER COUNTRIES.
