YANKEE FARMERS AT A TOWN MEETING TODAY VOTED AGAINST PERMITTING THE PRO-NAZI GERMAN-AMERICAN BUND TO ESTABLISH A CAMP HERE. EVERY RESIDENT OF THIS NEW ENGLAND TOWN, HAD RECEIVED A MAILED APPEAL TO ATTEND THE MEETING WITH AN ATTACHED REPRINT OF A MAGAZINE ARTICLE ON THE NAZI CAMP MOVEMENT CALLING IT A DIRECT ARM OF GERMAN GOVERNMENT PROPAGANDA. THE BUND HAS ACQUIRED A 178-ACRE TRACT IN THE KETTLETOWN SECTION.
