IN A LETTER TO HORIA CARP, VICE-PRESIDENT, HE SAID: “CERTAIN ACTIONS, ESPECIALLY CERTAIN INACTIONS, MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO BEAR THE GREAT BURDEN WHICH I HAVE BEEN CARRYING FOR THE LAST TWENTY YEARS, BUT THIS ORGANIZATION CAN COUNT ON ME TO REMAIN ONE OF ITS LEADING SUPPORTERS AND CONTRIBUTORS.”
