FREDERICK T. BIRCHALL DECLARES IN A WARSAW DISPATCH TO THE NEW YORK TIMES TODAY THAT “FOR THE TIME BEING THE STING SEEMS TO HAVE BEEN TAKEN OUT OF THE FASCIST DANGER” AND “THERE IS A REAL MOVEMENT BACK OF THE PILSUDSKI IDEAL, WHICH MEANS A STRONG EXECUTIVE WITH A WEAK PARLIAMENT, CONTROLLED DEMOCRACY, NATIONALIST POLICIES, AND ANTI-SEMITIC POLICIES KEPT UNDER STRICT CONTROL.”
