THE PALESTINE POTASH COMPANY ANNOUNCED TODAY DECLARATION OF DIVIDENDS OUT OF PROFITS RATHER THAN A GUARANTEED FUND FOR THE FIRST TIME IN ITS HISTORY. THE DIVIDENDS, PAYABLE THIS MONTH, WILL TOTAL ABOUT $52,500, AND ARE FOR HOLDERS OF THE 7½% AND 5½% PREFERENCE SHARES.
