FOREIGN SECRETARY EDEN’S WARNING TO ITALY ON CONTINUING ANTI-BRITISH PROPAGANDA IN PALESTINE DREW THE APPROVAL OF BRITISH NEWSPAPERS TODAY. THE NEWS-CHRONICLE, DECLARED THE “FLOOD OF POISONED MENDACITY” BODED “NO GOOD FOR PALESTINE INHABITANTS AND SERVES NO PURPOSE SAVE ITALIAN IMPERIALISM.” THE DAILY HERALD URGED THE BRITISH BROADCASTING COMPANY TO INSTITUTE PLANNED ARABIC BROADCASTS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
