Scholarship awards to twelve German exiles were announced today by the American Guild for German Cultural Freedom through Dr. Alvin Johnson, chairman of its Executive Committee. The scholarships were awarded to men and women in arts and letters, exiled from Germany, who need help in their efforts to continue to contribute to Germany literature and arts.
