Eighty-nine deputies and senators today submitted to British Ambassador Sir Miles Lampson a protest against the British Government’s policy in Palestine- They declared the policy was endangering Anglo-Egyptian relations and contended that Palestine and Egypt were “brothers by religion, blood and geography.”

Ahram, Egyptian daily, reports from Beirut that a violent anti-Jewish and anti-British proclamation is being distributed to huge crowds, obviously under the influence of the exiled Mufti of Jerusalem, Haj Amin el Husseini.
