El Mokkatam, Egyptian daily, reported today from Beirut that Nuri Pasha es-Said, former Iraqi Foreign Minister, decided yesterday after a conference with the exiled Mufti of Jerusalem to issue a plea to Palestine Arabs to suspend the rebellion provisionally pending announcement of a new settlement plan under both their signatures.
