Nine members of Parliament introduced a motion in the House of Commons today demanding reintroduction of the absorptive capacity principle in Palestine immigration.
It was reliably learned that Dr. Chaim Weizmann, president of the Jewish Agency for Palestine, will return to Palestine immediately after the General Zionist Council meeting here, in connection with work of the Palestine Partition Commission.
