The outlook for a Jewish State is surer than it was several months ago, David Ben Gurion, head of the Jewish Agency’s Palestine Executive, said today in receiving a delegation of Polish Jewish Journalists headed by Mendel Mozes, head of the Warsaw bureau of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency.

The circumstances are more favorable as regards the will and needs of the British Government itself in Palestine. Mr. Ben Gurion said. He declared that the number of immigrates who could be brought into Palestine under the present schedule depended on the Jews themselves since intensive concentration of capital increases immigration. He added that Jewish capital was more secure in Palestine than elsewhere.
