The American Palestine Securities Company, formed specifically to deal in securities originating in Palestine, was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 11, it was announced today. A.H. Sakier, the manager, said at the office, 63 Wall Street, that the company was privately financed and had no connection with existing financial and economic groups connected with Palestine.
