Padlock Law Aimed at Fascists Planned in Alberta

The Alberta Legislature plans to enact a padlock law aimed at Fascist organizations and the Fascist press. The proposed law is modeled on the Quebec padlock law, which, however, has been used chiefly to suppress organizations considered to be Communistic.
