The State is not interested in the cultural and economic welfare of the Jews, but only that the Jews should obey the law, the judge of the Berlin-Schoenberg court pointed out in ruling that a Jew could not take advantage of the general exemption of radios from military confiscations in cases of bankruptcy actions and debt collection.
