Fusion of Hungary’s two largest Nazi groups in a new party with 85,000 registered members was announced here today.

Count Alexander Festetich, leader of the Arrow-Cross Party, will go into temporary political retirement. Koloman Hulbay, president of the National will party, which formely was led by Maj. Ferenc Szalasy, who is now serving a prison term for directing a Nazi plot, is president of the new party. It will be called the Hungarian National Socialist Party.
