Dr. Conrad Hoffman Jr., Assistant Secretary of the Presbyterian Board of National Missions of America, warned a conference of the Hungarian Reform Evangelic Church today that Christianity may be destroyed by the forces of anti-Semitism. Anti-Semitism cannot be supported by Christian arguments, Dr. Hoffman declared, and Christianity the world over is on trial because of the situation of the Jews. Other speakers asserted that there was no place for racialism within the church.
